If you’re reading this, something is happening in you or your life that needs attention. You might be feeling sad, angry, disappointed, betrayed, or confused. You need a place to talk about feelings and thoughts that others, although they are important to you, might not understand or have time for. When this happens, it can help to have a space where any sense of judgment, either your own or those of others, is suspended; a space of acceptance and curiosity, where you can say out loud what’s being kept inside.
